It does not move you up the list

It does not hide anything
If your site claims 24-hour cover and never mentions after-hours, the badge stays. If your website lists forty service areas, the count stays. The only way to change either is to change what you publish.
It is not an endorsement
We have not inspected anyone’s work, insurance or registration. A Featured label means a business paid for placement, and the label says so plainly to every visitor.

Your Google Business Profile is public, and we built this directory from that public data. If you would rather not be here, say so and we will remove you, free and without argument.
Is claiming free?
Yes, entirely, and it always will be. Corrections are not conditional on buying anything. That promise is also written on the ranking page, where anyone can hold us to it.
How do I earn a badge instead of buying one?
Publish the things almost nobody publishes. Only 38 of 3 651 plumbers show a PIRB or IOPSA number and 29 show a price. Put either on your own website, or send it to us, and the badge appears at no cost.
What does R534 cover?
One business featured in one town, for one month, billed monthly with no contract. Featuring in a second town is a second placement. There is a limited number of featured slots per town so the top of the page does not become a wall of adverts.
